Lead design,and specification management for Vehicle Drive Modes
SCOPE
As the Lead UX Designer and app specification owner, I worked closely with system engineering, software development, and vehicle program teams across GM’s entire portfolio.
Collaborating with the driver workload team allowed us to introduced cinematic videos and high-fidelity imagery — a GM first — to transform drive modes from simple icons and lists into a fully interactive experience.
This innovation significantly enhanced the user experience, making it more engaging and visually immersive.

PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS
Vehicle programs I worked on included Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, and Cadillac. Additionally, I collaborated with Chevrolet Performance engineers to create the “secret handshake” user experience for the 2024 Corvette eRay’s electric propulsion system, enabling customers to start the hybrid vehicle in electric-only mode.
